- 360° Parcel Opening Video: For product refunds or exchanges, a 360° parcel opening video is required. This ensures that the product was received in its original condition and that any issues can be documented accurately. Failure to provide the required video may result in the delay or rejection of your refund request.
- No COD for Customized Orders: Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized orders. For these orders, full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
