Wrapping Studio is a personalized gifting brand offering customized products including but not limited to mugs, keychains, notebooks, bags, pens, and more.

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Wrapping Studio and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

2. Orders & Customization

 

All orders for customized products are processed as per the details provided by the customer.

Customers are requested to carefully check spelling, names, and design choices before placing an order.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept online payments through secure payment gateways. COD not applicable on customized orders

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch orders within the promised timeline. However, delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Wrapping Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

 

As all our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable unless the product is defective or damaged.

In case of receiving a defective, damaged, or wrong product, customers must provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the parcel opening without any cuts or edits within 24 hours of delivery.

Videos with any form of editing or incomplete recordings will not be accepted for claims.

 

6. Product Care & Disclaimer

 

Our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. Such minor differences are not considered defects.

Wrapping Studio is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions provided.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, logos, and content on this website belong to Wrapping Studio. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Privacy Policy

 

We value your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for order processing, communication, and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

 

9. Legal Jurisdiction

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Faridabad courts.
